Our Fleet

The Island Birds fleet consists of a Piper Navajo, Piper Navajo Chieftain and 5 Piper Aztecs. All are high performance, luxury, twin engine aircraft.

All our aircraft are operated under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135 with mandatory strict adherence to FAA operations and maintenance regulations. Island Birds boasts a perfect maintenance record with not a single incident since the inception of the company nearly 10 years ago.

The Piper Navajo Chieftain

Our 7-9 passenger Navajo Chieftain offers air-conditioned, cabin class comfort with full leather, carpeted interior and executive seating. It comes with pull out tables and cup holders. State of the art avionics including radar and GPS.

The Chieftain offers a cruise speed of 200 MPH and range of 1000 miles*. 

In the 7 passenger executive seating configuration, it offers up to an impressive four feet of leg room. With certain weight and baggage restrictions, it can also be configured to accommodate 9 passengers.

Carries up to 700 LBS of luggage*.

The Piper Navajo

Our 7 passenger Navajo offers air-conditioned, cabin class comfort with full leather, carpeted interior, curtains and executive seating.  State of the art avionics including radar and GPS.

The Navajo offers a cruise speed of 185 MPH and range of 740 miles.

Carries up to 650 LBS of luggage*.

The Piper Aztec

Our 5 passenger Aztecs offer full leather, carpeted interior and state of the art avionics including GPS.

They cruise at 170 MPH and have a range of 890 miles. All are GPS equipped.

Each carry up to 300 LBS of luggage*.
